Kids’ Football Tournament Photo Sharing App

Kids’ Football Tournament Photo Sharing App

One QR-code gallery for every match, team and cheering parent.

Say Cheese helps clubs and schools collect every goal, team photo and cheering parent moment from kids’ football tournaments in one place.

Whether you run a one-day festival, a weekend tournament or a longer event with multiple pitches and age groups, you can create shared galleries that everyone can contribute to.

Parents, coaches and volunteers scan a QR code, snap or upload from their camera roll and everything lands in a private album you control. No app downloads, no new logins – just a simple, safe way to capture the whole tournament from the sidelines.

How Say Cheese works for kids’ football tournaments

You don’t need a new app for parents or coaches. In three steps, your tournament is ready for safe, shared photos from every pitch.

1 Create your tournament galleries

Set up one main gallery for the whole tournament, or separate ones by day, age group or pitch – whatever fits your format. Add a cover image, basic rules and upload limits.

2 Share QR codes with teams & parents

Print QR codes on match schedules, registration desks, info boards and coaches’ WhatsApp messages. Parents scan once and keep using the same link for the duration of the event.

3 Curate highlights after the final whistle

Organisers and clubs review uploads, hide anything that shouldn’t stay and download the best photos to share with teams, partners and local media after the tournament.

Frequently asked questions

Do parents need to install an app to use Say Cheese at the tournament?

No. Say Cheese runs in the browser. You create the tournament gallery and share QR codes or links. Parents, coaches and relatives scan on their phones and can start viewing or uploading in seconds – no app, no accounts.

Does Say Cheese work for one-day and multi-day tournaments?

Yes. You can use it for single-day cups, weekend festivals or longer tournaments. Create one main gallery for the whole event or separate galleries by day, age group or pitch, depending on how you structure your matches.

How many parents and teams can join and upload photos?

That depends on your plan, but Say Cheese is designed to handle anything from a handful of local teams to larger festivals. You can set upload limits per person to keep the gallery usable and avoid a flood of near-identical photos.

Can we allow short videos as well as photos?

Yes. On eligible plans you can enable short clips alongside photos, perfect for goals, penalty shootouts and trophy lifts. You can also keep it photo-only if that matches your club’s policy or data preferences.

Is an internet connection required at the pitches?

Yes, parents and coaches need a data or Wi-Fi connection to open the QR link and upload content. If signal is weak in some areas, they can still take photos with their phone camera and upload later from the same link when they’re back online.

Can multiple organisers and coaches manage the gallery?

Absolutely. You can add co-admins – tournament staff, club officials or trusted volunteers – so more than one person can help keep an eye on uploads and download content for recaps after the event.

Is Say Cheese safe and appropriate for children’s photos?

Galleries are private by default and not tied to public social media. Only people with the link (and, for encrypted events, the key) can view content. Organisers can remove any photo that shouldn’t stay and can choose how and where to share selected images, according to their own child-safety policies.

Can we moderate photos before they appear publicly?

Yes. You decide whether uploads appear instantly or after moderator review. This helps protect children’s privacy and ensures nothing inappropriate appears in the shared gallery or on any connected screens.

Where are the photos stored and can we download them after the tournament?

Media is stored securely on cloud infrastructure with encryption at rest. You can download all photos and clips in bulk after the event, so clubs and teams can keep their own copies or create end-of-season highlight reels.

Can we reuse Say Cheese for multiple tournaments during the season?

Yes. You can create separate galleries for different tournaments, festivals or seasons, all under the same account.
