How is content moderated and kept on brand?

How secure is customer content and where is it stored?

Media is stored on secure cloud infrastructure with encryption at rest. For encrypted campaigns, photos and videos are encrypted in the browser before upload, meaning our servers only store encrypted data. Only people with the appropriate key can view decrypted content.

Can multiple team members manage UGC campaigns?

Yes. You can invite colleagues or agencies as co-admins so they can help monitor uploads, clean up the gallery and download approved content. This is especially useful if marketing, social and customer support all work with the same campaigns.
